People complain all the time about corporate outsourcing. Most of the time the complaint centers around the loss of jobs here in the US. For those of us who use technical support all the time in our daily business, the complaint is really about the language barrier; it can be quite challenging to get a technical issue resolved when you have to spend time trying to figure out what your support person is saying.
On the upside, however, is that the language barrier can be pretty entertaining as evidenced in this artistic interpretation of an actual tech support call! Be sure to have your sound turned on because the actual phone message as left by the technical support person is being played while the "interpretation" is shown in the animation. It's a hoot!
